Order is preserved

Nothing is merged, deduplicated or reordered, so the cascade behaves exactly as it does in your source.

Comments and licences

Every comment is removed, licence headers included. Keep the original file if a dependency requires attribution in the build.

Colour shortening

Six-digit hex values with repeating pairs become three digits and render identically.
