How the free migration works: four steps
It takes about ten minutes of your time. We do the rest and message you at each stage, so you never have to chase the ticket.

Send us access
A cPanel login, a backup file or your current host's details. We can work with whatever you have.
STEP 2
We copy everything
We copy files, databases, email accounts, cron jobs and DNS records, then check them against the source.
STEP 3
You test on a temp URL
Your site runs here on a preview address, so you can click through it before anything goes live.
STEP 4
Switch the DNS
Point your domain at AblePage and traffic moves over. Both copies keep running during propagation.

The tricky cases
- Host won't release a backupWe can migrate from a live crawl plus a database export, or talk to them for you with your authorisation.
- Site is currently brokenWe move it as it is, then fix it here where we can see the logs. That work is included.
- Mid-contract elsewhereMigrate now, keep both running, and cancel when your old term ends. You only pay us for the overlap.
- Very large or busy siteWe run a final database sync at a quiet hour, so no orders or edits get lost in the gap.
