  1. 1. Customer's Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Privacy Policy
    1. By using any of AblePage's services, the Customer hereby agrees to AblePage's Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Privacy Policy.
    2. In this Privacy Policy, as well as the TOS and AUP, the usage of "us", "we", "our", and/or "ours" shall constitute a reference to "AblePage" (this company and its employees), the usage of "you", "your", "they", "them", and/or "Customer" shall refer to the visitor/client/customer of "AblePage". The usage of "site" and "services" refers to the AblePage website, in addition to any products or services offered on the AblePage website.
    3. AblePage's TOS, AUP, and Privacy Policy will be henceforth referred to collectively as the "Agreement", with a capital "A". Through the use of AblePage's services, the Customer agrees that he or she has fully read and complies with the entire Agreement. If the Customer does not agree with the Agreement, he or she reserves the right to not use the AblePage site and its services.
    4. BY USING THE ABLEPAGE SITE AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE EXIT THIS SITE NOW. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE ABLEPAGE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVICES, YOU MAY STOP USING THE SITE AND/OR THE PARTICULAR SERVICES. YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY BECOMES IMMEDIATELY EFFECTIVE UPON YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES.

    1. This Privacy Policy discusses how visitor and customer information is used on the AblePage website. We collect information to help better your visit to AblePage and to improve our service. By simply accessing our website, no personally identifiable information is recorded. We do collect the IP address and some non-identifying information for statistical reasons.
  3. 3. Registration, Personal Information, and Privacy
    1. All Customers of AblePage must submit personal information during registration via the Order Form. This information includes your First and Last name, Email Address, Address, City, State/Region, Zip Code, Country, Phone Number, and Password ("Registration Information"). It is a requirement that the Registration Information is complete, accurate, and current at all times.
    2. The Email Address is used for notifications including account information, support, server updates, and AblePage news. The Email Address and Password are used to access the Client Area account. The remainder of the information is used to verify the validity of the order.
    3. This information is private and will never be disclosed to any third parties for any reason.
  4. 4. Live Chat and Support Tickets
    1. Although any conversations held via live chat or support tickets/email support are archived privately and unavailable to the public, we reserve the right to release this information. We may do this only to defend ourselves against a claim regarding our service, and we will censor any sensitive information.
  5. 5. Computer Tracking and Analytics
    1. We use Google Analytics to track visitors, impressions, and the such on our website. This data is used for statistical reasons only and tracks information such as browser type, length of visit, referring URL, file requests, etc.
    2. Our tracking does recognize home IP addresses, browser types, operating system types, and monitor types, but it does not collect email addresses, names, or other information that we could use to identify individual users.

    1. AblePage uses expansive and careful methods of securing its servers, accounts, and client data. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
    2. However, no system is completely hacking-proof, and as such, AblePage cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages that may occur due to unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of any client data and information.
  7. 7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
    1. We choose, and in some cases are obligated, to comply with legitimate requests from law enforcement and other governmental entities for information about you. When possible, we will give you notice of these requests. However, in most cases, we are prohibited from giving you notice. This prohibition may be expressed or based on our reasonable interpretation of the law. By providing us with information, both directly, and as a result of your use of the services, you agree to this paragraph.

    1. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 27th, 2020. We expressly reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and the Agreement from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and the Agreement from time to time and familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of AblePage's site and services constitutes acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
